PAPERCUP
Prominent independent bookstore Papercup needed to answer the question of how to be more engaged with their customers and foster an increased sense of community around their store. Futurepunk worked with Papercup to create a monthly newsletter and online magazine highlighting not just books and magazines, but also the varied work made by people within their customer community. The result was The Sounder. We continue to work on The Sounder today.
